%0 Journal Article %T 磷肥用量对大豆遮复光后干物质与磷素积累特征的影响<br>Effects of Phosphorus Application Rates on Accumulation Characteristics of Dry Matter and Phosphorus in Soybean after Light Recovery of Soybean Seedling-shading %A 高志英 %A 杨永辉 %A 张兆沛 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2018 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2018.02.006 %X 为探明大豆遮复光后干物质与磷素的积累对磷肥的响应特征。在盆栽条件下,设置4个磷肥用量[0 mg·kg-1(P0)、75 mg·kg-1(P1)、125 mg·kg-1(P2)、175 mg·kg-1(P3)]和2种光照条件[自然光(L1)和遮光(L2)],以‘中黄61’为试验材料,研究苗期遮复光后,不同磷用量大豆干物质及磷素积累变化特征。结果表明,苗期遮复光后,在磷肥用量0~125 mg·kg-1时,随施磷量的增加,干物质及磷素的积累量、积累最大速率(Rmax)、最大时的生长量(Amax)均增加。增施磷肥可提高干物质及磷素在整个生育期的积累速率。干物质与磷素积累各阶段的积累量在施磷量为125 mg·kg-1时达最大。籽粒产量随施磷量增加而增加,在P2处理达最大,且增施磷肥在L2环境下对籽粒的贡献更大。大豆籽粒产量与干物质及磷素积累的Rmax、Rmean、Amax、各阶段的积累量均呈显著相关。可见,适量增施磷肥可缓解大豆苗期弱光胁迫对大豆磷素与干物质积累的影响,促进大豆产量增加。<br>Using ‘Zhonghuang No.61’ as material, a pot experiment was conducted to reveal the response characteristics of dry matter and phosphorus accumulation to phosphorus fertilizer after light recovery of soybean seedling-shading under the condition of four phosphorus application rates (P0-P3: 0,75,125,175 mg·kg-1)and two shading treatments (L1:natural light, L2: shading). The results indicated that after light recovery of soybean seedling-shading, the amount of dry matter,phosphorus accumulation and its maximum accumulation rates(Rmax) as well as the accumulation amount(Amax) of the the maximum accumulation rate increased. Increase of phosphorus application could increase the accumulation rate of dry matter and phosphorus at the whole growth stage. Dry matter and phosphorus accumulation at each stage had the greatest value at 125 mg·kg-1phosphorus level under the condition of two shading treatments. Moreover, the grain yield reached the highest at 125 mg·kg-1phosphorus level,and phosphate fertilizer had more contributions to grain under shading condition. Besides, soybean grain yield was significantly correlated with Rmax, mean accumulation rate (Rmean), Amax, phosphorus accumulation at each stage.These results indicated that phosphate fertilizer (P2 treatment) all eviated the effects of weak light stress on phosphorus and dry matter accumulation of soybean at seedling stage, and finally increased the yield. %K 大豆 磷肥 产量 干物质及磷素积累 积累阶段< %K br> %K Soybean Phosphorus fertilizer Yield Dry matter and phosphorus accumulation Accumulation phase %U http://xbnyxb.alljournals.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20180206&flag=1
