%0 Journal Article %T 水杨酸浸种对小麦品种‘商麦5226’盐胁迫的缓解效应<br>Mitigative Effect of Seed-soaking by Salicylic Acid on Wheat Cultiver of ‘Shangmai 5226’ under Salt Stress %A 华智锐 %A 李小玲 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2015 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2015.09.005 %X 为探讨‘商麦5226’耐盐性,通过不同质量浓度(0.05、0.10、0.15、0.20 g/L)水杨酸浸种处理及相关指标测定分析,研究水杨酸浸种处理对‘商麦5226’盐胁迫的缓解作用。结果表明,不同浓度水杨酸浸种处理使得‘商麦5226’的种子萌发力明显高于盐胁迫组;0.10 g/L水杨酸浸种处理效果最佳,小麦种子发芽势高达94.5%,与盐胁迫对照组比增幅达19.6%;小麦幼苗叶内游离脯氨酸质量分数、可溶性糖质量分数与盐胁迫组相比增幅分别为64.5%、62.2%,增强其渗透调节能力;SOD、POD的活性与盐胁迫组相比增幅为1.00%、115%;丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度明显降低,比盐胁迫组降低49.3%,表明0.10 g/L水杨酸处理能够有效抑制膜脂过氧化作用及其产物MDA的积累,降低叶片质膜透性和盐分胁迫对细胞膜的伤害,为‘商麦5226’耐盐性研究提供参考。<br>To explore salt resistance of wheat cultivar ‘Shangmai 5226’,different mass concentration of salicylic acid (0.05,0.10,0.15,0.20 g/L) were used to soak seed and its related index were analyzed to study salt stress relief of wheat cultivar ‘Shangmai 5226’ under the treatment of salicylic acid.The results showed that the different concentration of salicylic acid made the seed germination of ‘Shangmai 5226’ significantly higher than that by the salt stress; of which treatment effectiveness was best by 0.10 g/L salicylic acid, the germination potential was as high as 94.5%, wheat germination potential and salt stress were more than 19.6%; free proline mass fraction, soluble sugar mass fractin in wheat seedling leaves were 64.5%, 62.2% respectively compared with salt stress treatment, so its osmotic regulation ability was increased.The activity of SOD, POD increased 1.00%, 115% respectively compared with treatment of salt stress;malondialdehyde molality was significantly reduced by 49.3% compared with salt stress treatment, it showed that 0.10 g/L salicylic acid treatment could effectively inhibit membrane lipid peroxidation and the accumulation of malondialdehyde, increase plasma membrane permeability and reduce damage of cell membrane caused by salt stress. %K 盐分胁迫 商麦5226 水杨酸 种子萌发 生理特性< %K br> %K Salt stress Shangmai 5226 Salicylic acid Seed germination Physiological characteristics %U http://xbnyxb.alljournals.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20150905&flag=1
