%0 Journal Article %T 电导法结合Logistic方程鉴定不同枸杞种质的耐热性研究<br>Study on Heat Resistance of Lycium Linn with Conductivity Method and Logistic Equation %A 黄伊凡 %A 戴国礼 %A 慕自新 %A 焦恩宁 %A 杨金波 %A 秦 %A 垦 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.07.009 %X 以11个枸杞种质为试材,用电导法结合Logistic方程对不同枸杞种质的耐热性进行鉴定。结果表明:经高温处理后, ‘0701’‘1301’‘MA’‘宁杞1号’‘宁农杞9号’‘宁杞5号’‘中国枸杞’‘蔓生枸杞’‘云南枸杞’‘北方枸杞’‘黄果枸杞’的半致死温度(LT50)分别为52.55、52.13、52.37、54.17、56.28、54.57、52.47、55.55、53.79、55.36和56.92 ℃。耐热性大小依次为‘黄果枸杞’>‘宁农杞9号’>‘蔓生枸杞’>‘北方枸杞’>‘宁杞5号’>‘宁杞1号’>‘云南枸杞’>‘0701’>‘中国枸杞’>‘MA’>‘1301’。<br>Using 11 Lycium Linn as experimental materials by relative conductivity method with logistic equation get the semi-lethal temperature. The results showed that the semi-lethal temperature of the 11 Lycium Linn was 52.55 ℃,52.13 ℃,52.37 ℃,54.17 ℃, 56.28 ℃,54.57 ℃,52.47 ℃,55.55 ℃,53.79 ℃,55.36 ℃ and 56.92 ℃ for ‘0701’‘1301’ ‘MA’ ‘Ningqi 1’ ‘Ningnongqi 9’ ‘Ningqi 5’‘Lycium chinense’ ‘Mansheng’ ‘Lycium yunnanense’‘Lycium chinense var. potaninii’ ‘Lycium barbarum var. auranticarpum’,respectively.
