%0 Journal Article %T 限根栽培对枸杞根域温度、生物量积累及营养元素吸收的影响<br>Effects of Root-limited Cultivation on Root Zone Temperature,Biomass Accumulation and Nutrients Absorption of Wolfberry %A 何昕孺 %A 戴国礼 %A 焦恩宁 %A 张 %A 波 %A 黄 %A 婷 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2017 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2017.02.017 %X 以‘宁杞7号’为试材,研究限根栽培对枸杞苗根域温度、生物量积累和营养元素吸收的影响。结果表明:在埋盆下,限根组的根域温度均低于非限根;在根系活力上,限根组根系活力在展叶期高于非限根组,在现蕾期后低于非限根组;在生物量积累上,限根组在生育前期地上部鲜干质量、地下部鲜干质量、整株鲜干质量、根冠比均高于非限根组,生育后期根域空间越小,地上部物质积累越少,根冠比越大;在营养元素吸收上,限根栽培与非限根相比,限根栽培对氮吸收影响不明显,对磷的吸收在生育后期有明显抑制作用。<br>Taking the ‘Ning qi 7’as a tested material,study the effects of root-limited cultivation on root zone temperature,biomass accumulation and nutrients absorption of wolfberry seedlings. The results showed that compared with the non root-limited counterpart,root-limited treatment had lower temperature of root zone, higher root activity at leaf extension stage the florescence and lower root activity after squaring stage.At the early growth stage,the biomass accumulation indexes,including shoot dry and fresh mass ,root dry and fresh mass ,whole dry and fresh mass ,and root-shoot ratio,were higher in root-limited treatment than non root-limited treatment,however, with the decrease of root zone at the later growth stage,the less shoot matter accumulated,and root-shoot ratio increased.
