%0 Journal Article %T 不同因素对沙芥腋芽增殖的影响<br>Influence of Different Factors on Axillary Bud Multiplication of Pugionium cornutum %A 康立茹 %A 石 %A 岭 %A 潘 %A 璐 %A 张启莉 %A 张东辉 %A 郝梦洁 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2015 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2015.04.024 %X 采用无菌茎尖苗诱导腋芽作为外植体,研究培养基类型、细胞分裂素种类和浓度、生长素种类和质量浓度、6-BA(6-苄基嘌呤)和IBA(吲哚丁酸)不同质量浓度组合、AgNO3(硝酸银)质量浓度5个因素对沙芥腋芽增殖的影响。结果表明, MS(Murashige and Skoog)培养基中腋芽的增殖倍数最高达到5.27,最适宜沙芥腋芽增殖培养; 3.0~5.0 mg/L的细胞分裂素6-BA是最适合沙芥腋芽增殖的细胞分裂素种类及质量浓度;0.1 mg/L IBA是最适宜腋芽增殖的生长素种类及质量浓度;在3.0 mg/L 6-BA和0.1 mg/L IBA质量浓度组合的MS培养基中,沙芥腋芽的增殖倍数高达7.43;AgNO3显著降低腋芽增殖倍数和丛生芽诱导率。<br>Taking aseptic axillary bud as explants, effects of 5 factors, including basic medium, type and concentration of Cytokinin, type and concentration of Auxin, concentrations combination of 6-BA(6-Benzylaminopurne) and IBA(Indole-3- Butytric acid), and concentrations of AgNO3, on explant multiplication were studied. The results were as follows:the optimum basic culture medium was MS, on which proliferation times reached 5.27; the optimum type and concentration of cytokinin was 6-BA with the concentration of 3.0-5.0 mg/L; the optimum type and concentration of Auxin was IBA with the concentration of 0.1 mg/L;the highest axillary bud proliferation times (7.43) was obtained on the medium of MS+ 6-BA 3.0 mg/L+IBA 0.1 mg/L;proliferation times extremely decreased with the increase of AgNO3 concentration. %K 沙芥 腋芽增殖 培养基 细胞分裂素 生长素 AgNO3< %K br> %K Pugionium cornutum Axillary bud proliferation Culture medium Cytokinin Auxin AgNO3 %U http://xbnyxb.alljournals.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20150424&flag=1
