%0 Journal Article %T 山西省欧李褐腐病病原菌鉴定<br>Pathogen Identification of Brown Rot of Cerasus humilis (Bge) Sok. in Shanxi %A 郝晓娟 %A 周 %A 芳 %A 李新凤 %A 王美琴 %A 王建明 %A 李俊林 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2015 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2015.04.017 %X 为明确山西省欧李褐腐病病原菌种类,采用组织分离法、致病性测定、形态学鉴定及rDNA-ITS序列测定对病原菌进行研究。结果显示,该菌在PDA培养基上菌落呈同心轮纹状,灰白或灰黄色,产孢丰富;分生孢子梗较短,有分枝;分生孢子串生,色,单胞,柠檬形或卵圆形,孢子大小为(7.5~20.0)μm×(7.5~11.5)μm。经形态学鉴定为美澳型核果链核盘菌(Monilinia fructicola)。rDNA-ITS序列与Monilinia fructicola的同源性为100%,分子鉴定与形态学鉴定结果一致。<br>The pathogen of Cerasus humilis (Bge) Sok. brown rot in Shanxi province was isolated and identified by tissue isolation,pathogenicity test,morphological characters and rDNA-ITS sequence analysis. The colony of isolate was grey,concentric rings and sporulation were abundant. Conidiophores were short and branched. Conidia were in chain,hyaline,unicellular,lemon-shaped or ovate,(7.5-20.0) μm×(7.5-11.5) μm. The results showed that the pathogen was Monilinia fructicola. rDNA-ITS sequence showed 100% identity with Monilinia fructicola.
