%0 Journal Article %T 砷胁迫对黄瓜种子萌发与苗期生长的影响<br>Effects of Arsenic Stress on Seed Germination and Seedling Growth of Cucumber %A 巩 %A 健 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.10.012 %X 对不同质量浓度的砷对黄瓜种子萌发、苗期生长及其生理指标的影响进行初步研究。结果表明,5 mg/L 的砷可激发与黄瓜种子萌发、生长相关的生理调控因子,如过氧化物酶(POD)、可溶性糖等,对其有一定的促进作用(P>0.05);但随着砷质量浓度的增加,黄瓜种子萌发特性受到显著抑制,苗期根长、茎长和鲜质量也逐渐下降,并显著小于对照组(P<0.05);与生长相关的各项生理指标亦受到负面影响,其中丙二醛(MDA)质量摩尔浓度有显著增加趋势(P<0.05),而叶绿素质量分数、根系活力、过氧化物酶活性、可溶性糖与蛋白质质量分数等参数呈下降趋势,并显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。试验还表明,过量的砷对黄瓜种子萌发与幼苗生长均具有胁迫作用,且毒害严重。<br>In this study, the effects of different concentrations of arsenic ion on cucumber seed germination, seedling growth and physiology indexes were investigated. Results showed that 5 mg/L arsenic stress could promote cucumber seed germination and growth (P>0.05). However, with the increase of arsenic mass concentration, compared to the control, cucumber seed germination was significantly inhibited, and root length, shoot length and fresh mass of seedling were gradually decreased (P<0.05).Furthermore, the growth and physiology related indexes were negatively influenced. The molality of malondialdehyde was increased significantly (P<0.05), while chlorophyll mass fraction, root activity, peroxidase activity, soluble sugar and protein mass fraction were decreased significantly in comparison with the control (P<0.05).
