%0 Journal Article %T 牦牛常用粗饲料营养价值评价及甲烷生成量<br>Research on the Nutrition Value and Methane Emission of Common Forages for Yaks %A 孙红梅 %A 曹连宾 %A 郝力壮 %A 冯宇哲 %A 王万邦 %A 崔占鸿 %A 牛建章 %A 刘书杰 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2015 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2015.03.009 %X 旨在研究牦牛常用3种粗饲料营养价值及其甲烷生成量。采用概略养分分析法及人工瘤胃体外产气技术(IVGPT),选用3头装有永久性瘤胃瘘管的牦牛作为瘤胃液供体,评定豌豆秸秆、燕麦青干草和苜蓿干草的营养价值及体外发酵48 h的甲烷生成量。结果表明,豌豆秸秆、燕麦青干草、苜蓿干草的甲烷生成量分别为(19.08±2.15)g/kg、(20.41±1.64)g/kg、(18.87±1.08)g/kg,甲烷生成量与瘤胃液pH、NH+4-N质量浓度、TVFA、乙酸、丙酸、丁酸以及饲草中干物质、粗脂肪等具有较高的相关性(P<0.05)。瘤胃发酵环境受粗饲料营养成分质量分数的影响。<br>In order to evaluate the nutrition value and it’s methane production of 3 kinds of commonly used forages of yak, the conventional analysis method and in vitro gas production technology (IVGPT) were used to measure methane production of oat green hay, alfalfa hay and pea straw fermentated for 48 h in vitro with rumen fluid donated by 3 yaks equipped fistulas. The results showed that the methane production of 3 forages was (19.08±2.15) g/kg, (20.41±1.64) g/kg, and (18.87±1.08) g/kg, respectively. The methane production had high relationship with pH, NH4-N concentration, TVFA, acetic acid, propionate and butyrate, so with the amount of DM, EE within forages.
