%0 Journal Article %T 4种水产药物对褐鳟(Salmo trutta)鱼苗的急性毒性试验<br>Acute Toxicity of Four Aquacultural Drugs to Salmo trutta %A 王万良 %A 周建设 %A 王建银 %A 张 %A 弛 %A 潘瑛子 %A 陈美群 %A 扎西拉姆 %A 李宝海 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.07.003 %X 为研究实际生产过程中褐鳟鱼苗阶段水产药物的安全使用剂量,选择在静水条件下,水温控制在(9±0.5) ℃,用高锰酸钾、硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂、甲醛和敌百虫对褐鳟鱼苗进行急性毒性试验。结果表明,24、48 h褐鳟对4种药物的敏感性依次为高锰酸钾>硫酸亚铁和硫酸铜合剂>敌百虫>甲醛,安全质量浓度分别为0.18、0.35、0.45和25.88 mg/L。因此,在褐鳟鱼苗培育过程中,做到严格诊断,疾病预防及治疗中对症下药,细菌性疾病严格控制高锰酸钾安全使用剂量;病毒性疾病建议使用甲醛;寄生虫病建议使用敌百虫,硫酸铜与硫酸亚铁合剂慎用。<br>In order to study the safe use of aquatic medicines for Salmo trutta at stage of fry during the actual production process. Under condition of still water, water temperature was controlled bewteen (9±0.5) ℃, acute toxicity of four aquacultural drugs to Salmo trutta was conducted with potassium permanganate, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate, formaldehyde and trichlorphon for.The results showed after 24 h and 48 h, order of sensitivities of four drugs to Salmo trutta was, potassium permanganate>copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate>formaldehyde>trichlorphon, safety mass concentrations were 0.18 mg/L,0.35 mg/L,0.45 mg/L,25.88 mg/L,respectively.Therefore, in process of seedlings cultivation of Salmo trutta,we must diagnose strictly, apply medicine according to indications to prevent and treat .In bacterial disease, we must control potassium permanganate dosage strictly and safely;we suggest using formaldehyde in viral disease;recommend to use trichlorfon, copper sulfate and ferrous sulfate mixture cautiously in parasitic diseases . %K 褐鳟 急性毒性 半致死质量浓度 安全质量浓度 敏感性< %K br> %K Salmo trutta Acute toxicity Lethal mass concentration Safety mass concentration Sensitivity %U http://xbnyxb.alljournals.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20160703&flag=1
