%0 Journal Article %T 鹌鹑ESRα基因外显子的SNPs分析及其与产蛋性能相关性研究<br>Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms in ESRα Genes of Black Plumage Egg Quail and Association with Egg Production %A 周莹莹 %A 文凤云 %A 谢三磊 %A 李俊强 %A 刘建宇 %A 李 %A 磊 %A 陈 %A 艺 %A 刘艺婷 %A 王 %A 晴 %A 梁 %A 钰 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.11.003 %X 旨在明确鹌鹑ESRα基因外显子多态性与其产蛋性能的关联性,为鹌鹑产蛋性能候选基因的确立及分子标记辅助选育提供依据。选取健康蛋用黑羽鹌鹑为研究对象,开产后进行生产性能的持续统计(60 d)。PCR-SSCP法对鹌鹑雌激素受体α亚基(ESRα)基因多态性进行检测,结果表明,在ESRα基因Exon 1、3、4、6和8中均存在多态性。Exon 1在开产日龄上,CD基因型与CC和DD基因型差异达到显著性水平;Exon 8在开产蛋质量中,CD与DD和 CC基因型差异显著。表明ESRα基因对蛋用黑羽鹌鹑产蛋性状有一定关联性。<br>To investigate the correlation between ESRα gene exon polymorphism and egg production of black plumage egg quail, and to provide the theoretical foundation for molecular selection in this study, the egg production of black plumage egg quail were analyzed using SPSS 13.0 software. Estrogen receptor alpha (ESRα) subunit gene was selected as candidates to screen the genomic variation by means of PCR-SSCP, and association of the ESRα genes polymorphisms with egg production were analyzed. The results of polymorphisms detection showed that ESRα Exon1,3,4,6 and 8 all had nucleotide variation, and the association analysis results of ESRα genes exons and egg production showed that the age at first laying of Exon1 genotype CD was higher than that of CC and DD.Moreover, in exon8, the average egg mass of the first laying was also significant difference between CC and DD, CD genotype.These data showed that ESRα gene could significantly affect egg production of black plumage egg. %K 鹌鹑 外显子 SNPs 产蛋性能< %K br> %K Quail Single Nucleotide Polymorphisms Egg production %U http://xbnyxb.alljournals.cn/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20161103&flag=1
