%0 Journal Article %T 丹参和藏丹参对UV-B辐射的响应差异<br>Response of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge and Salvia castanea Diels.ftomentosa Stib. to UV-B Radiation %A 舒志明 %A 梁宗锁 %A 刘建朝 %A 杨向娜 %A 刘景玲 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.05.013 %X 以药用植物紫花丹参(低海拔地区)和臧丹参(高海拔地区)为研究材料,比较二者对UV-B辐射的敏感性差异,在温室内进行UV-B辐射盆栽试验。结果表明:丹参叶片在UV-B辐射处理下O-2质量分数增加,维生素C质量分数和APX活性增加达到显著水平,而藏丹参各项指标变化均未达到显著水平,表明藏丹参对UV-B辐射的耐受性强于丹参;藏丹参的敏感性指数(0.51)低于丹参(1.12),表明丹参对UV-B辐射更敏感。UV-B强度处理导致丹参叶片细胞内活性氧代谢处于失衡状态,维生素C质量分数和抗氧化酶APX活性均显著增强,共同抵御氧化伤害,而该强度UV-B辐射不足以对藏丹参叶片产生伤害;UV-B辐射下丹参中丹酚酸B质量分数是臧丹参中的2.89倍,其对UV-B的敏感性强于藏丹参。<br>A greenhouse experiment was conducted to investigate difference of UV-B radiation on sensitive index (SI) between the medicinal plants Salvia miltiorrhiza Bunge (Danshen) and the Salvia castanea Diels.ftomentosa Stib.(Zangdanshen).The results indicated that Zangdanshen was more tolerant to UV-B radiation than the Danshen. The mass fraction of the O-2,vitamin C and the APX activity increased, the last two reached the significant level statistically. However, all the indexes of the Zangdanshen had not changed obviously. Furthermore, the SI of the Zangdanshen (0.51) was lower than that of the Danshen(1.12).It showed Danshen was more sensitive to the UV-B radiation than the Zangdanshen.This UV-B intensity made the un-stabilization of reactive oxygen metabolism in Danshen leaves. The vitamin C mass fraction and the APX activity increased markedly in resisting jointly the oxidative damage. However, the same UV-B intensity was not sufficient to injure the Zangdanshen. So far, relationship between the UV-B absorbing compound and the sensibility of species were inconclusive. The UV-B sensibility may depend on the UV-B absorbing compounds content, the varieties, or even have nothing to do with it. In this research, the SAB mass fraction in the leaves of the Danshen was 2.89 times of the Zangdanshen under the UV-B radiation, but the UV-B sensibility was stronger than that of the Zangdanshen.
