%0 Journal Article %T 不同水分和磷用量条件下接种AM真菌对丹参生长及药用成分的影响<br>Effect of AM Fungi on the Growth and Medicinal Ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge under Different Moisture and Phosphorus Levels %A 李建恒 %A 齐俊香 %A 杨晓宇 %A 吴寒秋 %A 贺学礼 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.01.016 %X 通过盆栽试验研究不同水分和磷用量条件下接种AM真菌对丹参生长和药用成分质量分数的影响。结果表明,相同处理条件下,与未接种株相比,接种AM真菌丹参叶绿素、蛋白质、可溶性糖、丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和多糖的质量分数显著提高,而丙二醛(MDA)和脯氨酸质量分数均显著下降。相同水分不同施磷水平下,丹参叶绿素、蛋白质、可溶性糖、丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和丹参多糖的质量分数随施磷量的增加呈先增加后下降趋势,在P2(0.15 g·kg-1)时达到最大,叶绿素、蛋白质和可溶性糖质量分数最大分别为1.182 mg·g-1 、 11.925 mg·g-1、21.959 mg·g-1;与此相反,MDA质量摩尔浓度和脯氨酸质量分数随着施磷量的增加先下降后上升,在P2 (0.15 g·kg-1) 时达到最低,分别为1.418 mmol·g-1和6.067 μg·g-1。不同水分相同施磷水平下,接种株丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和丹参多糖质量分数显著高于未接菌株,70%田间持水量下丹参药用成分质量分数较高。70%田间持水量,施磷量为0.15 g·kg-1时接种AM真菌使丹参药用成分质量分数最高,丹参酮ⅡA、丹酚酸B和多糖质量分数分别为0.252%、3.352%和6.166%。<br>Effects of AM fungi on growth and effective ingredients of Salvia miltiorrhiza under different soil moisture and phosphorus application rates was studied using pot experiment. The results showed that inoculation of AM fungi significantly increased the chlorophyll,protein,soluble sugar,tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B and polysaccharide mass fraction of Salvia miltiorrhiza under the same soil moisture and phosphorus level,in addition,malonaldehyde(MDA) and proline contents decreased significantly. Under the same soil moisture and different phosphorus levels,the chlorophyll,protein,soluble sugar,tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B and polysaccharide content of Salvia miltiorrhiza increased firstly and then decreased with increasing phosphorus application rate,and they reached the maximum at P2(0.15 g·kg-1).The mass fraction of chlorophyll,protein and soluble sugar respectively was 1.182 mg·g-1,11.925 mg·g-1 and 21.959 mg·g-1. In contrast, molality of MDA and mass fraction of proline decreased firstly and then increased with increasing phosphorus application rate,and they reached the minimum at P2(0.15 g·kg-1),that were 1.418 mmol·g-1 and 6.067 μg·g-1,respectively. Under different soil moisture and the same phosphorus levels,tanshinone ⅡA,salvianolic acid B and polysaccharide of inoculated plants were significantly higher than non inoculated plants.The mass fraction of medicinal ingredient was higher at 70% WHC (water holding capacity).
