%0 Journal Article %T 非耕地日光温室4种樱桃番茄初果期生长和叶绿素荧光参数及品质的比较<br>Comparison of Growth at First Fruit Stage and Chlorophyll Fluorescence Parameters and Qualities of Four Varieties of Cherry Tomato in the Greenhouse of Non-cultivated Land %A 黄灵丹 %A 卢 %A 斐 %A 马 %A 丽 %A 杨常新 %A 曲继松 %A 杨子强 %J 西北农业学报 %D 2016 %R 10.7606/j.issn.1004-1389.2016.12.015 %X 试验以4种樱桃番茄‘碧娇’‘爱莉特诺’‘绿宝石’和‘金妃’为材料,在开始开花时进行定量灌水处理。探索在非耕地日光温室基质桶栽水肥一体化条件下,4种樱桃番茄初果期生长和叶绿素荧光参数及品质,为非耕地高效节水农业发展及种植品种提供参考依据。结果表明:株高为‘爱莉特诺’>‘绿宝石’>‘金妃’>‘碧娇’,茎粗为‘绿宝石’>‘爱莉特诺’>‘碧娇’>‘金妃’;4种樱桃番茄光系统Ⅱ的反应中心用于电子传递的能量均高于用于热耗散的能量,其中‘绿宝石’PSⅡ反应中心用于电子传递的能量和用于热耗散的能量均为最高;相比其他3个品种,‘碧娇’相应启动御防机制能力更强,叶片中的过剩激发能更好地及时耗散;‘金妃’的维生素C和可溶性糖达最高,‘碧娇’最低;‘碧娇’‘爱莉特诺’‘绿宝石’和‘金妃’的可溶性糖质量分数影响不大。研究表明,4种樱桃番茄在定量灌水后,叶绿素荧光参数受到不同程度影响,进而影响番茄植株的生长和果实品质。<br>Taking four varieties of cherry tomato ‘Bijiao’‘Ailitenuo’‘Lubaoshi’ and‘Jinfei’ as materials, we conducted quantitative water treatment at the beginning of flowering and studied growth of four varieties of cherry tomato at first fruit and chlorophyll fluorescence induction kinetics curves under condition of pot tomato in the greenhouse of non-cultivated land, so as to provide the scientific basis for development of high efficiency water-saving agriculture and varieties-selecting in non-cultivated land. The results showed that ‘Ailitenuo’ > ‘Lubaoshi’ > ‘Jinfei’ >‘Bijiao’ in plant height,in stem diameter,‘Lubaoshi’> ‘Ailitenuo’>‘Bijiao’> ‘Jinfei’. In the four varieties of cherry tomato, the electron transport flux per cross-section(ETo/CS) were higher than dissipated energy flux per cross-section(DIo/CS), the electron transport flux per cross-section(ETo/CS) and dissipated energy flux per cross-section(DIo/CS) of ‘Lubaoshi’ were the highest. Compared with the other three varieties, the resisting mechanism ability of ‘Bijiao’ was stronger, and excess heat energy in the leaves could be dissipated in more timely manner.The mass fraction of vitamin C and soluble sugar of ‘Jinfei’ reached the maximum,‘Bijiao’had the lowest mass fraction.The soluble sugar of‘Bijiao’‘Ailitenuo’‘Lubaoshi’ and‘Jinfei’had a little influence on the mass fraction.
