%X 运用多任务委托代理理论模型，从低碳视角分析了农业生态补偿契约中的激励关系，进而采用调研获取的微观农户数据对这一关系进行了实证检验。研究发现：政府主导的低碳农业生态补偿机制呈现出弱激励特性，主要原因在于农户进行低碳生产努力的经济价值未能显化，以及现行生态补偿机制所呈现的刚性特征。通过运用农业碳计量模型核算碳产品产量后发现，并非所有农业项目的经营都实现了碳汇量盈余，部分农户在低碳农业生产过程中出现了“搭便车”的现象，如此长期来看,农户逆向选择风险较大；因子得分结果显示农户在碳产品生产任务上的努力程度不高，代理人农户以低碳为目标的生产性努力缺乏有效激励，进而导致农户低碳生产态度与低碳生产行为发生了背离；农户低碳生产意识、态度、行为是农户低碳生产努力程度的显著影响因素，以低碳生产态度影响的重要程度最高。实现农业净碳汇效益经济价值的显化、提升农户低碳生产的积极性是强化农业生态补偿机制激励有效性的两条重要措施。<br>This paper used the multi task principal agent theory model to analyze the agricultural ecological compensation incentive contract relationship based on the perspective of low carbon agriculture, and made an empirical test with the data obtained by investigation of farmer households. The results showed that: the incentive relationship of low carbon agriculture ecological compensation which under government guidance showed a weak incentive, the main reason were that the economic value of farmers’ efforts to produce carbon products failed to manifest, as well as the rigidity of the current ecological compensation mechanism. Then it used agricultural carbon measurement model to calculate the carbon products found that not all rural households had achieved carbon sink surplus, it arose a “free rider” phenomenon in the low carbon agricultural production process, in the long term, farmers’ adverse selection at a high risk level. The results of factor score showed that farmers’ effort was lower than the average level in the carbon production tasks, farmers’ effort that with low carbon production as the goal was lack of effective incentive which led to deviation between low carbon attitudes and low carbon behavior. Farmers’ low carbon consciousness, attitude and behavior significantly affected its effort of low carbon production, which brought the most important influence was farmers’ low carbon attitudes. To manifest the low carbon agriculture ecological economic value and enhance the farmers’ enthusiasm of low carbon production were the important measures to strengthen the incentive effectiveness of agricultural ecological compensation mechanism.
