%0 Journal Article %T 土地细碎化和劳动力结构对生产技术效率的影响<br>Land Fragmentation, Labor Structure and Technical Efficiency %A 魏 %A 娟 %A 赵佳佳 %A 刘天军 %J 西北农林科技大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2017 %X 基于山东、陕西2省265个苹果种植户的微观调研数据,运用随机前沿生产函数模型系统分析了土地细碎化与劳动力结构对苹果种植户生产技术效率的影响。研究发现:土地细碎化对苹果种植户技术效率有显著负向影响;劳动力老龄化对苹果种植户技术效率作用为正;女性劳动力占比和苹果种植户平均受教育水平对其技术效率影响不显著。此外,样本区域苹果种植户技术效率均值为0.601 8,且随种植面积扩大而增加。<br>Based on the micro survey data of 265 apple growers from Shandong and Shaanxi provinces, this paper analyzed the impact of land fragmentation and labor structure on the technical efficiency of apple growers’ production by stochastic frontier production function model. The results showed that the land fragmentation has significant negative impact on the technical efficiency of apple growers; the effect of the aging labor on the technical efficiency of apple growers is positive; the effect of female labor and education level is not significant; while the average number of agricultural technology training has negative impact on the technical efficiency.
