%X 《西北农林科技大学学报（社会科学版）》“三农”问题研究栏目从2001年创刊起就开始设立，栏目设置从未间断。截止2015年末共出版90期，该栏目每期刊发论文5-9篇，共刊发700多篇，占本刊总发稿量30%以上，是迄今国内大学学报中开设“三农”问题研究栏目时间最早、发文量最多、持续性最好的。编辑部采用积极约稿组稿、精心策划专题、实行开放办刊、名家与学术新人并重等办刊理念和措施，推出了一批视角独到、见解新颖、注重实际，针对性强的精品力作，收到良好的效果。通过特色栏目的带动作用，期刊的整体质量也迈上了新的台阶。<br>The Column of Research on Problems Concerning Sannong (agriculture, rural areas and farmers) in the Journal of Northwest A&F University (Social Science Edition) was set up in the first issue of the journal in 2001. Up to 2015, the column existed for 15 years without any intervals, and 700 papers had been published in 90 issues, with 5~9 papers for each issue, which accounted for 30% of all the papers published in the journal. Among all the university journals in China, this column is the first one of its kind and published more papers than any other ones. The editorial department of the journal have taken many advanced ideas and measures to keep improving the column, such as actively soliciting contributions, elaborately plan topics, running the journal in a open way, attaching equal importance to famous scholars and promising young ones, etc. Thanks to these, many masterpieces had been published in the column, which were characterized as based on unique perspectives, having new ideas and focusing on real problems. Enhanced by such a special column, the whole quality of the journal has climbed onto a new level.
