%0 Journal Article %T 教育学专业本科培养目标的固有传统与变化趋势   ——基于全国92所高校的文本分析<br>The Tradition and New Trends of Pedagogy Talent Cultivation Goals %A 张 %A 晴 %A 谢 %A 梦 %A 王顶明 %J 大学教育科学 %D 2017 %X 教育学专业培养目标是衡量教育学专业人才培养质 量的重要标准。随着现代大学理念变革、全球化与市场化潮 流涌进,我国教育学本科专业人才培养目标正经历深刻变化 并面临新的挑战。通过对教育学培养目标历史沿革的梳理, 基于全国92所普通高校教育学培养目标的文本解析,研究 发现,我国教育学本科专业培养目标在人才类型、社会角色、 教育素质等方面,呈现出“秉承固有传统”与“探求多元化转 型”的双重特征。其固有传统表现在从历史变革至今秉承以 培养教育学科教师、教育管理人员及科研人员的培养目标; 根据新的社会市场需求,新增了教育培训人员、教育咨询人 员、教育媒体工作者等培养目标,进而呈现出多元转型趋势。<br>The cultivation goal of Pedagogy major is an important standard of the talents cultivation quality. The transformed ideas of modern university and the trends of globalization and marketization are reshaping the talents cultivation goals of Pedagogy major in China. Based on the content analysis of Pedagogy talent cultivation goals of 92 Chinese universities, this paper finds out that the talent cultivation goal of Pedagogy have dual characteristic s. On the one hand, the training goals of Pedagogy in Chinese universities today still link to the inherent tradition that primarily focus on training the Pedagogy teacher, educational administrator, and educational researcher. On the other hand, talent cultivation goals of Pedagogy should be reformed and reshaped in order to satisfy the demands from the ever-changing trends of social, economic, and educational transforms.
