%0 Journal Article %T “教学事故”该扔进历史的垃圾堆?    ——对“教学事故”提法的合理性批判<br>Should the "Teaching Accident" be Thrown into the Dustbin of History? %A 易 %A 宁 %A 李俊玲 %A 周先进 %J 大学教育科学 %D 2015 %X “教学事故”是一个合成词,它来源于“事故”思维 和借鉴。“事故”是物质世界的特定词汇,把它借用到教育领 域中来,形成“教学事故”一词。“教学事故”来源机制的逻辑 性,无论在词源的、学术的还是词义的角度,都是不成立的。 它所承载的具体内容有违背“教育德性”的嫌疑,其教育危害 性主要体现在:造成教师心灵“安全感”的失落、阻碍教师对 “真、善和美”的追求、抑制教师进行“教学改革”的热情、伤 害教师遭遇“教学世界”的情感。鉴于它的危害性,我们需要 “去教学事故”,走向新的教学图景与生机:大学教学惩罚制 度仍需要“在场”,用符合教学本性的多元化用词取代“教学 事故”;教学管理“柔性”与“刚性”并施,体现人性化;扩大教 师的教学管理权,建构“个性化”课堂;不断进行“公共性”教 学改革,促进教学模式多样化。<br>"Teaching accident" is a compound word, and it comes from the thinking and reference of "accident". Accident, which is a specific vocabulary of the material world, was borrowed to form the term “teaching accident” in the world of education. From the perspectives of etymology, semantics and academic interpretation, the originating mechanism of teaching accident is illogical. The specific content of teaching accident goes against the " virtue of education " , so it's harmful to the education, which is reflected in these aspects: causing the lost of “sense of security" of teachers’ mind; hindering teachers' pursuit of "Truthfulness, Goodness and Beauty"; inhibiting teachers' enthusiasm to education reform and hurting the teachers’ feeling of "teaching world" they encounter. Given its harmfulness, we should "remove teaching accident", move toward the new teaching picture and regain vitality.
