The conclusion is as follows: incentive coordination has a direct positive impact on strategic alliance innovation performance; the incentive coordination, by promoting the different levels of knowledge transfer and knowledge sharing, have indirect positive effects on the strategic alliance's innovation performance; the order parameter of incentive coordination has indirectly effects on strategic alliance's innovation performance, and has promoted different levels of knowledge transfer, and knowledge sharing. %K 商业银行 激励协同 战略联盟 创新绩效< %K br> %K commercial bank incentive synergy strategic alliance innovation performance %U http://hdxbcjb.cnjournals.net/ch/reader/view_abstract.aspx?file_no=20180307&flag=1
