%0 Journal Article %T “丝绸之路经济带”交通运输碳排放空间转移分析<br>An Analysis of the Transport Carbon Emissions Spatial Transfer in the“Silk Road Economic Belt” %A 刘育红 %J 财经理论与实践 %D 2016 %X 从动态分析角度构建交通运输碳排放相关指数模型,测算“丝绸之路经济带”交通运输碳排放及其空间转移差异。结果发现:2000~2014年,“丝绸之路经济带”西北五省(区)的交通运输碳排放规模以年均11.01%的增长率趋增,其强度以年均0.045%的下降率渐减。青海的交通运输碳排放空间转移双内向,低碳排放质量最高;宁夏的排放质量渐而提升。陕西、新疆、甘肃的交通运输碳排放空间转移双外向,低碳发展相对滞后。<br>This paper calculated the carbon emissions and the spatial transfer difference of “the Silk Road Economic Belt” by constructing the relevant index models from the perspective of dynamic analysis. The result showed that the transport carbon emissions scale's average annual growth rate was 11.01% , and the average annual decrease rate was 0.045% in the five provinces of northwest of China. Qinghai's low-carbon emissions was the highest with the transport carbon emissions spatial transfer indexes being double imports, and Ningxia's quality of transport carbon emissions was gradually improved.
