%X 电子商务市场在我国发展过程中出现的频繁网络交易诈骗等问题，严重影响了电子商务市场交易规则程序和诚信力。考察我国目前电子商务市场的运行机制，必须健全相关法律体系，以促进电子商务市场交易秩序不断规范、保障交易手段安全，让电子商务经济市场健康持续发展，确保电子商务市场参与者、政府监管者之关系正常化。<br>Fraud is a common problem in electronic commerce market in China, which has seriously affected the e-commerce market trading rules and integrity. This paper examines the operating mechanism of e-commerce market and the situation of the market in China, and advocates building relevant legal system to promote the regulation of the electronic commerce market and the security of transactions. With proper regulation in place in the electronic commerce market, continuous development of the electronic commerce and healthy relationship among e-commerce market participants and government regulators can be normalized.
