%X 根据制度经济学基本原理，宪法制度为经济发展提供了基本制度结构，是推动经济发展的最终原因。我国宪法所规定的国家、产权、意识形态是经济发展的主体性、动力性与思想性制度，构成了我国经济发展的宪法制度结构，共同推动了我国经济的发展。面对经济发展的新形势，需要在宪法上进一步定位国家性质、职能与任务；调整产权结构；加强新型意识形态建设，推动我国经济持续稳定发展。<br>According to the basal principle of institutional economics, constitutional institution provides the basic structure for economic development, and it is the ultimate cause to promote the economic growth. The constitution of China provides state, property rights and ideology which compose the constitutional system structure of China's economic development, and jointly push forward the development of our economy. Faced with the new situation of economic development, we need to further clarify the nature, functions and tasks of the state while regulating the structure of property rights, and strengthen the construction of the new ideology to promote the sustainable and stable development of China's economy.
