%X 九一八事变发生后，熊希龄提出了抗日救亡的一系列思想主张，包括要求政府当局放弃不抵抗政策、实行民主政治、促成全国团结、争取国际支援、注重慈善求助等方面。这些主张的提出，是熊希龄长期以来所具有的救世抱负、雪耻情结作用的结果，也与他的独特政治经历有关。<br>After the outbreak of the Sept 18th Incident, Xiong Xiling put forward a series of thoughts and national salvation movement,which required that the Administration give up non-resistance policy,and promote democratic politics and national unity to rally international support,especially charitable assistance,so on. These arguments have long been the result of the complex of salvation, revenge, and his unique political experience.
