%X 文化是经济生长的土壤，与经济发展是一种正比例关系。湖湘文化作为一种区域文化亦存在两面性，其优良文化品质为湖南经济提供强大精神资源、智力支持和发展契机；其“重理轻欲”“重义轻利”“重农轻商”的传统价值取向养成的集体“道德人”和“政治人”特点，阻碍湖南经济发展。创新湖湘文化推动湖南经济发展的关键在于：合理反思湖湘文化精神实质，促成文化新合力；科学扬弃湖湘文化传统，实现文化重心大转移；同步推进社会体制创新，营造文化创新良好环境。<br>Culture is the soil for the growth of the economy, and economic development is a direct proportion relationship. Huxiang culture as a kind of regional culture also has two sides, the excellent cultural quality to provide powerful spiritual resources, intellectual support and opportunity for development of Hunan economy; the “relight the rationale of desire”,“justice”, “physiocracy” of the traditional value orientation to develop the collective “moral man” and “political person” the characteristics, greatly hindered the economic development of Hunan. Key to the innovation of Huxiang culture and the economic development of Hunan is: reasonable reflections on Huxiang culture essence, contributed to the new cultural force; scientific sublation of Huxiang culture tradition, cultural center of gravity shift; synchronous push social system innovation, cultural innovation to create a good environment.
