%0 Journal Article %T 胎膜早破和绒毛膜羊膜炎患者胎膜组织中MMP??9、MIF的表达和羊水中IL??6水平检测*<br>Expressions of MMP??9,MIF in fetal membranes and IL??6 level in amniotic fluid of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes or chorioamnionitis %A 郭华峰)△ %A 杨筱青) %A 古雅丽) %A 陈慧萍) %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2015 %X 目的:探讨胎膜早破(PROM)和绒毛膜羊膜炎(CAM)患者胎膜组织中基质金属蛋白酶??9(MMP??9)、巨噬细胞移动抑制因子(MIF)表达及羊水白细胞介素??6(IL??6)水平变化的意义。方法:选择足月PROM剖宫产产妇50例(PROM组)和同期足月无PROM剖宫产产妇60例(对照组),剖宫产术中抽取羊水行IL??6水平检测,并采用免疫组织化学方法检测胎膜组织中MMP??9、MIF的表达。结果:PROM组CAM发生率、羊水IL??6水平和胎膜组织中MMP??9、MIF表达均高于对照组(χ2=23.973,t=5.817,Z=3.507,Z=2.678,P<0.05)。组织学诊断为CAM的产妇羊水IL??6水平、胎膜组织中MMP??9、MIF表达均高于非CAM产妇(P<0.05)。结论:PROM和CAM互为因果,MMP??9、MIF和IL??6平衡失调可能导致CAM。<br>Aim: To explore the changes of the expressions of MMP??9,MIF in fetal membranes and IL??6 level in amniotic fluid of pregnant women with premature rupture of membranes(PROM) or chorioamnionitis(CAM). Methods: A total of 50 full??term pregnant women with PROM(PROM group) and 60 cases without PROM(control group) underwent term cesarean delivery were selected to detect the expressions of MMP??9,MIF in fetal membranes using immunohistochemical method and the level of IL??6 in amniotic fluid using ELISA. Results: The CAM incidence, the level of IL??6 in amniotic fluid, and MMP??9,MIF expressions of PROM group were higher than those of the control group(χ2=23.973,t=5.817,Z=3.507,2.678,P<0.05). The indexes mentioned above of the women with CAM diagnosed histologically were higher than those of non??CAM women(P<0.05).
