%X 目的：探讨视觉反馈联合触觉反馈对腭裂术后患者语音训练效果的影响。方法：85例腭裂术后患儿分为观察组（43例）和对照组（42例），观察组采用常规语音训练配合视觉反馈和触觉反馈，对照组采用常规语音训练。采用CSL测评两组患儿在语音训练前和训练2、4个疗程后的语音清晰度。结果：两组患儿语音清晰度随着语音训练疗程的增加而提高，在接受语音训练2和4个疗程后，观察组患者语音清晰度高于对照组（P均<0.05）。结论：视觉反馈联合触觉反馈可以促进腭裂术后语音障碍患者语音清晰度的提高。<br>Aim: To discuss the clinical effect of combination of visual feedback and tactile feedback in speech training after operation of cleft palate. Methods: A total of 85 cases of cleft palate disorders were allocated into observation group(43 cases) and control group(42 cases).The patients of the observation group were given routine speech training with visual feedback and tactile feedback,and the patients of control group were given routine speech training,and data of voice intelligibility of the two groups were collected at the time before speech training and after 2 and 4 courses of speech training.Results: Voice intelligibility of the patients in both groups was improved, and the patients in the observation group had higher voice intelligibility scores assessed after 2 and 4 courses of speech training than the control group（P<0.05）.Conclusion: The combination of visual feedback and tactile feedback can improve the speech intelligibility of patients after operation of cleft palate
