%0 Journal Article %T VWC2L基因rs13428663多态性与中国汉族扩张型心肌病易感性的关系<br>Association between rs13428663 polymorphism of VWC2L gene and risk of dilated cardiomyopathy in Chinese Han population %A 施小晴 %A 王俊杰 %A 彭梦乐 %A 李冰洁 %A 袁莹莹 %A 秦东春 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2018.01.003 %X 目的:评估VWC2L基因rs13428663和HSPB7基因rs1739843与中国汉族扩张型心肌病(DCM)人群易感性的关系。方法:采用基质辅助激光解析电离飞行时间质谱进行基因分型,对中国汉族人群(593例病例和513例对照)进行分析,以探讨rs13428663和rs1739843与DCM的关系。结果:VWC2L基因rs13428663位点 G 等位基因频率在病例组和对照组间比较差异有统计学意义(OR=1.231,95%CI=1.007~1.504,P=0.042)。此外,该位点在加性模型(OR=1.231,95%CI=1.007~1.504,P=0.042)与DCM易感性有关。结论:VWC2L基因rs13428663多态性可能与中国汉族人群DCM易感性有关。<br>Aim: To evaluate the association between rs13428663 in VWC2L gene or rs1739843 in HSPB7 gene with dilated cardiomyopathy(DCM)in the Chinese Han population.Methods:A total of 593 DCM patients and 513 controls were involved in the study, genotyping was performed by matrix-assisted laser desorption/ionization time of flight mass spectrometry. The prevalence of polymorphisms of rs13428663 and rs1739843 in the Chinese Han population with DCM was explored.Results: G allele frequency on rs13428663 of VWC2L had statistical difference between DCM group and control group(OR=1.231,95%CI=1.007-1.504,P=0.042).Besides, an association between rs13428663 and risk of DCM was observed in the additive model(OR=1.231,95%CI=1.007-1.504,P=0.042).Conclusion: There may be an association between rs13428663 polymorphism of VWC2L gene and risk of DCM in Chinese Han population %K VWC2L基因 %K 扩张型心肌病 %K 基因多态性 %K 中国汉族< %K br> %K VWC2L gene %K dilated cardiomyopathy %K genetic polymorphism %K Chinese Han population %U http://jms.zzu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201805021
