%0 Journal Article %T 18F-FDG PET/CT显像SUVmax对不同病理分型肾细胞癌的鉴别价值<br>Clinical application value of different pathological classifications of renal cell carcinoma using the SUVmax of 18F-FDG PET/CT %A 朱艳芳 %A 谢新立 %A 于艳霞 %A 李道明 %A 许莎莎 %A 阮 %A 翘 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2018.04.086 %X 目的: 探讨应用18F-FDG PET/CT显像最大标准摄取值(SUVmax)鉴别肾细胞癌(RCC)不同病理分型的临床应用价值。方法:回顾性分析经手术或组织活检病理确诊为RCC的87例患者(其中肾透明细胞癌63例、肾乳头状癌13例、嫌色细胞癌11例)PET/CT显像资料,经采集图像信息获取肿瘤病灶的SUVmax值和肿瘤最长径,比较不同病理分型肾癌(肾透明细胞癌、肾乳头状癌、嫌色细胞癌)之间SUVmax的差异、不同Fuhrman分级以及不同临床分期(有无远处转移)肾透明细胞癌的SUVmax的差异。结果: 不同病理分型的RCC患者SUVmax差异有统计学意义(肾乳头状癌>肾透明细胞癌>嫌色细胞癌,P<0.05); 低级别肾透明细胞癌与高级别肾透明细胞癌SUVmax及最长径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05); 合并转移的肾透明细胞癌与无转移的肾透明细胞癌SUVmax及最长径差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:18F-FDG PET/CT显像SUVmax对鉴别RCC的病理分型、肾透明细胞癌分级及评估临床分期及预后有重要的指导意义。<br>Aim:To explore the clinical application value of different pathological classifications of renal cell carcinoma(RCC)using the maximum standard uptake value(SUVmax)of 18F-FDG PET/CT.Methods:Retrospective study was used to analyze the PET/CT imaging data of 87 patients with RCC(63 cases of renal clear cell carcinoma, 13 cases of papillary carcinoma, and 11 cases of chromophobe carcinoma)confirmed by surgery or tissue biopsy was performed. The acquired image information was used to obtain the SUVmax and the longest diameter of tumor lesions. The SUVmax of RCC with different pathological types(renal clear cell carcinoma, papillary carcinoma, chromophobe carcinoma),different Fuhrman grades and different clinical grades(with or without distant metastasis)were compared.Results:The SUVmax in RCC patients with different pathological types had statistical significance(papillary carcinoma>renal clear cell carcinoma>chromophobe carcinoma,P<0.05); the SUVmax and the longest diameter had statistical different between low-grade renal clear cell carcinoma and high-grade renal clear cell carcinoma(P<0.05); the SUVmax and the longest diameter had significant difference between metastatic renal clear cell carcinoma and the non-metastatic(P<0.05).Conclusion:The SUVmax of 18F-FDG PET/CT imaging has important guiding significance for the differentiation of RCC pathological classification, the classification of renal clear cell carcinoma, and the evaluation of clinical stage and prognosis %K CT %K PET %K 标准摄取最大值 %K 肾细胞癌< %K br> %K computed tomography %K positron emission tomography %K standard uptake maximum %K renal cell carcinoma %U http://jms.zzu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201806027
