%0 Journal Article %T 恒河猴卵巢组织中年龄相关性差异基因的生物信息学分析<br>Bioinformation analysis of age-related differentially expressed genes in Macaca mulatta ovary tissues %A 冀萌萌 %A 谭雪梅 %A 余凯伦 %A 张秀丽 %A 王宗立 %A 陶宇昌 %A 刘蔓蔓 %A 高 %A 湛 %A 刘小转 %A 余增丽 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2017.10.004 %X 目的:探索恒河猴卵巢组织中受年龄影响的潜在生物标志物和信号通路。方法:从GSE数据库下载基因芯片数据集GSE44533,其中包含9个恒河猴卵巢样品,共3个年龄组[青年组(3~4岁),中年组(7~8岁)和老年组(18~19岁)],每组3个样品。对3组基因表达谱中的差异表达基因进行筛选,并对筛选出的差异表达基因进行GO分析、KEGG信号通路分析,并构建蛋白质-蛋白质相互作用网络(PPI)。结果与结论:青年组与中年组有253个差异表达基因,中年组与老年组有68个差异表达基因,而青年组与老年组有636个差异表达基因。GO及KEGG分析结果显示,这些差异表达基因部分涉及卵母细胞减数分裂、丙酮酸代谢通路等。青年组与老年组的差异表达基因中,有6个基因(SNRNP200、DDX46、SNRNP35、DAZ2、ELAVL2、RBM46)存在细胞分子交互作用,可以作为此类研究的候选新方向。<br>Aim: To explore the potential of biomarkers and signaling pathways affected by aging in Macaca mulatta ovary tissue.Methods: The gene chip GSE44533 was downloaded from GSE database. There contained 9 ovarian Macaca mulatta samples,and they were allocated into three groups according to the age, 3 samples in each group. Young group were 3 to 4 years old, middle group were 7 to 8 years old and old group were 18 to 19 years old. After the differentially expressed genes(DEGs)of three groups were screened, GO analysis and KEGG signaling pathways analysis were conducted, and the protein-protein interaction network(PPI)was constructed.Results and Conclusion: There were 253 DEGs between young and middle group, 68 DEGs between middle and old group, and 636 DEGs between young and old group. According to the GO and KEGG analysis, these DEGs were partly related to oocyte meiosis, pyruvate metabolic pathway and so on.
