%0 Journal Article %T 不同酸蚀模式下通用粘接剂对V类洞充填体微渗漏的影响<br>Evaluation of microleakage in class V cavity restoration with universal adhesive under different acid etching modes %A 杨文丽 %A 余炜伟 %A 郭 %A 雨 %A 高 %A 静 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2017.11.007 %X 目的:比较通用粘接剂Single Bond Universal在不同酸蚀模式下应用于V类洞修复充填体边缘的微渗漏程度。方法:选取60颗离体前磨牙,于釉牙骨质界处预备V类洞缺损,随机分为6组,每组10颗牙,分别采用全酸蚀+通用粘接剂、选择性酸蚀+通用粘接剂、无酸蚀+通用粘接剂、全酸蚀+全酸蚀粘接剂(Single Bond2)、选择性酸蚀+自酸蚀粘接剂(Clearfil SE Bond)和无酸蚀+自酸蚀粘接剂处理,均用FilteK Z350XT树脂充填。经冷热循环和亚甲蓝溶液染色后,从颊舌方向平行于牙体长轴正中将充填体纵向剖开,体视显微镜下观察边缘微渗漏程度。结果:所有试件龈壁微渗漏程度均高于牙合壁(P<0.05)。6组龈壁和牙合壁微渗漏程度比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:V类洞树脂充填修复时,应用通用粘接剂采用选择性酸蚀模式可获得良好的边缘封闭效果。<br>Aim: To explore microleakage station in class V cavity restoration with universal adhesive(Single Bond Universal)under different acid etching modes.Methods: A total of 60 fresh orthodontically extracted human premolars were collected to prepare class V cavities on the facial surfaces. Then the teeth were divided into six groups(10 in each group),and dealed with universal adhesive with total-etch, universal adhesive with enamel selective etch, universal adhesive under self-etch mode,Single Bond2 with total-etch, Clearfil SE Bond with selective etch and Clearfil SE Bond,respectively, then were restored with composite resin(FilteK Z350XT).After thermocycling and dye penetration with methylene blue,all teeth were cut in buccal-lingual direction and the degree of dye penetration was observed under stereomicroscope.Results: The microleakage was more at the gingival margin compared with occlusal margin(P<0.05)in all teeth.
