%0 Journal Article %T 河南省学术期刊编辑人员心理健康现状与影响因素分析<br>Mental health status of editors of Henan academic journals and influential factors %A 李媛菊 %A 张 %A 霞 %A 赵秋民 %A 王 %A 薇 %A 蒋淑敏 %A 张晓星 %A 朱 %A 伟 %A 田召召 %A 薛 %A 浩 %J 郑州大学学报（医学版） %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2018.01.083 %X 目的:了解河南省学术期刊编辑人员的心理健康现状,分析其影响因素,为开展有针对性的预防保健、提高其心理健康水平提供参考依据。方法:对河南省内75家学术期刊的在岗编辑人员进行整群抽样,采用症状自评量表(SCL-90)进行问卷调研; 使用描述性分析、两独立样本的t检验、单因素方差分析、多重线性回归分析对问卷结果进行统计分析。结果:河南省学术期刊的编辑人员SCL-90总分为(145.05±48.62),高于全国常模(P<0.001)。不同性别、岗位和每周锻炼身体次数、每天睡眠时间的编辑人员SCL-90总分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示:业务组(β=-7.831,P=0.017)、每周锻炼身体次数(β=-14.419,P=0.001)、每天睡眠时间(β=-16.136,P=0.011)是编辑人员心理健康的主要影响因素。结论:河南省学术期刊编辑人员心理健康水平一般,存在部分心理健康问题,学术期刊的管理层应重视编辑人员的心理健康教育,编辑人员自身也应注意适时调节自己的心情。<br>Aim: To understand the mental health status of editors of Henan academic journals and to analyze the influencing factors so as to provide a reference for carrying out targeted preventive measures.Methods: On-the-job editing staffs of 75 academic journals in Henan Province were enumerated by cluster sampling and SCL-90 scale was used for questionnaire survey. Descriptive analysis, independent sample t test, one-way ANOVA, multiple linear regression analysis of the questionnaire results were used for analysis.Results: The SCL-90 scores foreditors of Henan academic journals were(145.05±48.62), higher than the national norm(P<0.001). There was a significant difference in SCL-90 scores between different gender, editors with different job title, times of physical exercises per week, and different sleeping time per day(P<0.05). Multiple linear regression analysis showed that business group(β=-7.831,P=0.017), the times of physical exercises per week(β=-14.419,P=0.001)and daily sleeping time(β=-16.136,P=0.011)were the main impacts of editors' mental health.Conclusion: There are some mental health problems in editors of academic journals in Henan Province. The leaders of academic journals should pay close attention to the mental health education of editors.
