The total score of disease adaptation was positively correlated with the total score of disease uncertainty, uncertainty dimension, complexity dimension, information deficiency dimension and unpredictable dimension(r=0.405, 0.300, 0.394, 0.231, 0.429,P<0.001). Multiple linear analysis showed that the influencing factors of disease adaptation were renal transplantation intention, occupation, unpredictability, uncertainty, complexity and religious belief, R2=0.640.Conclusion: Disease adaptation of patients with early stage peritoneal dialysis remains to be improved urgently, and clinical workers should pay more attention to reducing the level of disease uncertainty of patients when making intervention %K
