%0 Journal Article %T 郑州市冬季雾霾空气中细菌的多样性及耐药性检测<br>Bacterial diversity and drug resistance during winter fog-haze in Zhengzhou %A 李梦臣 %A 刘俏丽 %A 段广才 %A 晋乐飞 %A 李 %A 影 %A 孙甜甜 %A 吴慧颖 %A 党德建 %A 刘慧莹 %A 徐亚珂 %A 陈帅印 %A 郗园林 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2018.01.027 %X 目的:了解郑州市冬季雾霾空气中细菌的种属多样性及耐药性。方法:采用ETW-6型六级筛孔撞击式微生物采样器分别对郑州市烟厂(烟厂)、郑州大学第一附属医院(一附院)、郑州纺织机械厂(郑纺机)、郑州市环保局(市环保局)4个环境监测采样点进行采样。使用营养琼脂平板培养细菌,采用改良K-B纸片法进行药敏实验。结果:2016年12月至2017年2月,于郑州市雾霾空气中共分离细菌28株(烟厂区域检出芽孢杆菌6株、假单胞菌1株; 一附院区域检出志贺菌1株、葡萄球菌1株、芽孢杆菌4株、蛾微杆菌1株; 郑纺机和市环保局区域检出芽孢杆菌各7株),其中芽孢杆菌比例最高,为24株。分离出的28株细菌对氨苄西林、庆大霉素、环丙沙星、头孢曲松、头孢哌酮、复方新诺明的耐药率依次为7.1%、0%、0%、17.9%、7.1%、0%。结论:郑州市冬季雾霾中不同地点空气中细菌的优势菌属基本相同,医院区域细菌种类较其他区域多样。雾霾空气中细菌对复方新诺明、氨苄西林、头孢哌酮、头孢曲松的耐药情况较环丙沙星、庆大霉素严重。<br>Aim: To study the species and drug resistance of bacteria in winter fog-haze in Zhengzhou.Methods: The samples were collected form 4 sampling points,Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory, the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, Zhengzhou Textile Machinery Factory, and Zhengzhou Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau using the ETW-6 type six level mesh impact type microbial sampler. The bacteria were cultured on a nutrient agar plate, and the antimicrobial susceptibility test was carried out by modified K-B disk method.Results: From December 2016 to February 2017, we isolated and identified 28 bacteria from the fog-haze of Zhengzhou, mainly 24 strains of Bacillus. We detected 6 strains of Bacillus and 1 strain of Pseudomonas in Zhengzhou Cigarette Factory area; there were more kinds of bacteria in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University, such as 1 strain of Shigella, 1 strain of Staphylococcus, 1 strain of Microbacterium, and 4 strains of Bacillus; 7 strains of Bacillus were detected in Zhengzhou Textile Machinery and Municipal Environmental Protection Bureau,respectively. The resistance rates of ampicillin, gentamicin, ciprofloxacin, ceftriaxone, cefoperazone and sulfamethoxazole were 7.1%, 0%, 0%, 17.9%, 7.1% and 0%, respectively.Conclusion: The dominant bacteria in the winter fog-haze of Zhengzhou at different locations are concordant, while the species of bacterial in the hospital area are more than in other areas.
