%X 目的：探讨胶质瘤组织中microRNA？？200a的表达及其在预测胶质瘤患者预后中的价值。方法：采用RT？？PCR方法检测63例胶质瘤及14例正常脑组织中microRNA？？200a的表达水平。结果：胶质瘤组织中microRNA？？200a的表达水平高于正常脑组织中的表达水平(P<0.001)。胶质瘤组织中microRNA？？200a的表达水平与胶质瘤组织学分级有关(P<0.001)，而与患者年龄、性别、KPS评分、肿瘤直径等均无关（P均＞0.05）。microRNA？？200a高表达的胶质瘤患者死亡风险较低表达的胶质瘤患者高(P<0.001)。结论：microRNA？？200a在胶质瘤组织中表达增高，可作为评价胶质瘤预后的独立因素。<br>Aim: To investigate the relationship between microRNA？？200a expression and clinicopathologic factors in glioma tissue and assess its value in predicting the prognosis of glioma patients.Methods: The microRNA？？200a expression of 63 cases of glioma and 14 cases of normal brain tissue were detected by RT？？PCR.Results: The microRNA？？200a expression in glioma tissue was significantly higher than that in normal brain tissue(P<0.001). The high expression of microRNA？？200a was related with histological grade(P<0.001), but not with age，gender，tumor size，or KPS scale(P＞0.05).The microRNA？？200a appeared as an independent prognostic factor（P<0.001）.Conclusion: Increased microRNA？？200a expression in glioma tissue could be an independent factor predicting poor prognosis
