%0 Journal Article %T 河南省医学重点学科带头人科研产出能力评价及影响因素分析<br>Evaluation of scientific research output capacity and its influencing factors of the leaders of key medical disciplines in Henan Province %A 尹姗姗 %A 崔长征 %A 王凯旋 %A 郭金玲 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2018 %R 10.13705/j.issn.1671-6825.2018.03.140 %X 目的:对河南省医学重点学科带头人2011至2015年的科研产出能力进行评价。方法:依据“河南省医学重点学科建设管理办法 ”,基于文献研究制定评价指标体系,将其中代表科研产出的12个指标[国家级项目、省部级项目、厅级项目、中华医学奖、省级奖励、厅(局)级奖励、发明专利、SCI论文、中华期刊论文、核心期刊论文、国家级期刊论文、专著]纳入因子分析,提取主成分因子,以各因子对应的方差贡献率为权数计算综合得分,以综合得分评价科研产出能力。以综合得分为因变量,采用一般线性回归模型筛选科研产出能力的影响因素。结果:该样本KMO抽样适度测量值为0.678; 共提取出“论文”“发明专利”“专著成果”和“科研项目”4个公因子,特征根均大于1,累计贡献率为80.88%。一般线性回归模型分析结果显示,“是否大学直属附属医院”(β=0.268,P<0.001)、“是否博士研究生导师”(β=0.363,P=0.025)、“是否中华医学会专科分会常委及以上任职”(β=0.306,P=0.017)是科研产出能力的影响因素。结论:成功建立了河南省医学重点学科带头人科研产出能力的量化评价方法。<br>Aim:To evaluate the scientific research output capacity of the leaders of key medical disciplines in Henan Province from 2011 to 2015.Methods: According to the "Administrative Measures for the Construction of Key Medical Disciplines in Henan Province", the evaluation index system was formulated based on literature research.Twelve indicators representing scientific research output[national projects, provincial and ministerial projects, departmental projects, Chinese Medicine Awards, provincial awards, office(bureau)awards, invention patents, SCI papers, Chinese periodical papers, core papers, national journal papers, monographs] were included in factor analysis, and principal component factors were extracted, the comprehensive score was calculated and weighed by the variance contribution rate corresponding to each factor, and the ability of scientific research output was evaluated by comprehensive score. The general linear regression model was used to screen the factors influencing the scientific research output capacity.Results:The appropriate measurement value of the KMO sample was 0.678. A total of four common factors, "scientific research papers""invention patents""monographs and achievement rewards" and "scientific research projects", were extracted. The characteristic roots were all greater than 1.The cumulative contribution rate was 80.88%.The general linear regression model showed that "unit category"(β=0.268, P<0.001), "doctoral tutor"(β=0.363,P=0.025), "whether the specialized branch of the standing committee of Chinese Medical Association and above"(β=0.306, P=0.017)were the influencing factors of research output capacity.Conclusion: A quantitative evaluation method of scientific research output capacity of the key medical disciplines leading scholars in Henan Province has been established %K 因子分析 %K 医学学科 %K 科研能力 %K 河南< %K br> %K factor analysis %K medical discipline %K scientific research ability %K Henan %U http://jms.zzu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201805019
