%0 Journal Article %T 职业技术学院教师职业生命质量及其影响因素<br>Analysis on the influencing factors of quality of work life among vocational school teachers %A 李闯 %A 罗圣明 %A 卢欢欢 %A 朱伟 %J 郑州大学学报(医学版) %D 2015 %X 目的:了解职业技术学院教师的职业生命质量(QWL)及影响因素。 方法:采用随机整群抽样的方法抽取河南省3所职业技术学院1 200名教师,采用职业生命质量量表(QWL7??32)进行问卷调查。结果:女性教师在心理健康维度和工作主动性维度的得分高于男性教师(t=2.603和3.613,P<0.05);不同年龄教师在生理健康、心理健康、职业胜任感、工作主动性和工作与家庭平衡感维度的得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.648、8.216、4.256、8.250和7.662,P<0.05);已婚教师在职业胜任感、职业满意度、职业自豪感和工作主动性维度的得分高于未婚者(t=4.485、2.101、2.009和3.260,P<0.05)。不同职称状况教师在生理健康、职业满意度、职业自豪感、工作主动性维度的得分差异有统计学意义(F=3.104、3.582、2.931、3.744,P<0.05)。多重线性回归分析结果显示,影响职业技术学院教师QWL的因素有工作适宜性(β=1.641,t=17.719,P<0.001)、工作协作(β=1.403,t=9.491,P<0.001)、上级支持(β=1.167,t=7.918,P<0.001)、管理措施(β=-0.786,t=5.931,P<0.001)和年龄(β=1.717,t=3.610,P<0.001)。结论:通过改善相关的职业影响因素可以提高职业技术学院教师的QWL。<br>Aim: To explore the quality of work life(QWL) situation, and its influencing factors among vocational school teachers.Methods: A total of 1 200 teachers from 3 vocational schools in Henan Province were selected by cluster sampling and were questionnaired using QWL7??32 scale. Results: The female teachers' scores were significantly higher than the male teachers' in mental health and initiation(t=2.603 and 3.613,P<0.05). The scores in physical health, mental health, sense of competence, initiation and sense of balance between work and family had significant differences among teachers at different ages(F=3.648,8.216,4.256,8.250 and 7.662,P<0.05). The scores in sense of competence, satisfaction, pride and initiation among teachers with different married status had significant differences(F=4.485,2.101,2.009 and 3.260,P<0.05). The scores in physical health,satisfaction,pride and initiation among the teachers with different titles of technical post had significant differences(F=3.104,3.582,2.931,3.744,P<0.05).The influencing factors of QWL screened by multiple linear regression were job propriety(β=1.641,t=17.719,P<0.001),job cooperation(β=1.043,t=9.491,P<0.001), support from leaders(β=1.167,t=7.918,P<0.001), administration(β=-0.786,t=5.931,P<0.001) and age(β=1.717,t=3.610,P<0.001).Conclusion: Improving the occupational factors would help to improve the QWL among vocational school teachers %K 职业技术学院 %K 教师 %K 职业生命质量 %K 影响因素< %K br> %K vocational school %K teacher %K quality of work life %K influencing factor %U http://jms.zzu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201504030
