Among the clinical outcomes, the non-POF recipients' singletons live-birth rate was lower than that of the donors in both IVF-ET cycles and thaw-ET cycles(P<0.05).The fertilization rate, cleavage rate, embryo formation rate, high quality embryo formation rate and the embryo implantation rate per cycle had no significant difference between the eggs donors and recipients(P>0.05).Conclusion: In the donor egg IVF-ET,reducing the number of donated eggs appropriately will not influence the pregnancy outcomes of eggs donors and recipients %K 赠、受卵 %K 赠卵数目 %K 妊娠结局 %K 卵巢早衰< %K br> %K egg donor %K recipient %K number of donor egg %K pregnancy outcome %K premature ovarian failure %U http://jms.zzu.edu.cn/oa/darticle.aspx?type=view&id=201603031
