%T 婚姻挤压和流动背景下大龄未婚男性的商业性行为: 基于中国西安的调查发现<br>The Commercial Sex Behaviors among Forced Male Bachelors in a Context of Marriage Squeeze and Migration：Findings from a Survey Conducted in Xi′an China

%X 基于西安市男性流动人口的调查数据，通过与同年龄段的已婚男性对比，对性别失衡背景下的大龄未婚男性的商业性行为进行了分析。结果发现，大龄未婚男性的商业性行为发生率达到37.2%，显著高于已婚分居男性中30.1%和已婚同居男性中17.2%的发生率（Chi2=31.33，p=0.000）；婚姻状况、艾滋病知识得分、年龄、收入等变量均与商业性行为发生率及发生频度显著相关；同时，大龄未婚男性的安全套使用频度仍然处于较低的水平，并受到艾滋病和性病知识、商业性行为发生频度、婚姻状况及年龄的显著影响。<br>Based on the data collected among male migrants in Xi′an city, this study analyzes the commercial sex behaviors among forced male bachelors under the background of sex imbalance in comparison to the married men with same ages. It is found that the prevalence of commercial sex among forced male bachelors is 37.2%, significantly higher than that of 30.1% among married but separated men, and 17.2% among married and cohabitated men (Chi2=31.33, p=0.000); The marital status, the knowledge of AIDS, age, income are indicated to be associated with the prevalence and frequency of commercial sex behaviors; meanwhile, the condom use frequency among forced male bachelors is observed to be a lower level, and significantly associated with the knowledge of AIDS and STDs, the frequency of commercial sex behaviors, marital status and age
