%X 以习近平总书记在《文艺工作座谈会上的讲话》为研究对象，从一个文艺工作者的视角透析在我国未来的文艺界，作为一个作家艺术家必须做好那些工作。经过分析表明：如何敏锐地捕捉一个社会和国家的“时代精神”，进而通过文学的想象力，用富有哲理和深刻内涵的内容将其表现出来，是一个文艺工作者首要做好的工作；在此基础上还要做好，如何以“人民”为创作主体，聆听他们的“心声和心愿”，并用丰富多彩的艺术形式表现出来。最终产出能真正“洞悉时代精神，奏出人民心声”，鸣响“时代前进的号角”的优秀作品，迎来一个文艺“能代表一个时代的风貌，能引领一个时代风气”的文艺盛世。<br>General secretary Xi Jinping′s "Speech at the Forum on Literature and Art Work" is moistening the booming of China′s contemporary literary career in silence like "life-giving spring breeze and rain". Taking "the speech" as object of study, the paper makes a through analysis on it from the perspective of a literary and art worker. Firstly, how should an author capture "the time spirit" of a society and a country keenly, and display it through literary imagination. Secondly, how can literary works take "people" as the dynamic role of the subject in artistic creation, listen to their "voices and wishes" by presenting them in art′s form, and finally produce works of excellence that can really "represent time spirit and express people′s wishes", blowing the horn of time progress
