%0 Journal Article %T 基于同素异形体结构原理的中国公司治理结构分析<br>Research on Chinese Corporate Governance Structure Based on the Principle of Allotrope %A 张思锋 %A 王舟浩 %A 余赵 %J 西安交通大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2015 %X 基于自然界同素异形体物质结构原理,同一化学元素由于所处环境不同,原子及由原子构成的子系统的排列方式也不同,形成不同形态的单质物体;互为同素异形体的不同形态单质物体具有不同的结构;互为同素异形体的不同结构单质物体具有不同的功能;通过施加一定的外在条件,同素异形体单质物体之间可以互相转化。运用类比分析方法分析不同类型公司的治理结构和功能,人所处环境不同,人的个体及由人的个体组成的子系统之间组合方式也不同,形成不同类型的社会组织;由人的个体之间不同组合方式形成的不同类型的社会组织具有不同的组织结构;不同组织结构的社会组织具有不同的运行机制;通过施加一定的外在条件,不同类型的社会组织之间可以互相转化;进而从四个方面总结了同素异形体结构原理对完善公司治理结构的启迪。<br>On the basis of the principle of nature allotropic substance structure of matter,this article puts forward the following views:because of the same chemical elements in their environment,atoms and the arrangement of subsystem composed by atoms are different,thus forming different forms of elementary substance objects;each other allotrope elementary substance objects with different forms have different structure;each other allotrope elementary substance objects with different structure have different functions;by applying certain external conditions,each other allotrope elementary substance objects elementary can transform into the other. By applying the analogy analysis method,we analyze the governance structure and function of different types of company,and put forward the following views:due to the difference the environment they are in,individuals and the arrangement of subsystem composed by individuals are different,thus forming different types of social organizations;different types of social organizations have different organizational structures;different organizational structure leads to different operating mechanism;by applying a certain external conditions,different types of social organizations can transform into the other.
