%X 依据2013年“深圳市P新区农村流动人口发展状况调查”的数据，基于公众感知的视角，运用OLS回归分析包括感知质量和感知公平在内的公众感知因素对农民工基本公共服务总体满意度的影响，研究发现，公众感知因素中的感知质量和感知公平对农民工基本公共服务总体满意度产生显著的正向影响；同时，农民工直接参与基本公共服务参与度越高，会对基本公共服务总体满意度评价越高。农民工个人特征中，性别、户籍所在地、受教育程度对基本公共服务总体满意度影响显著，农民工的代际、月平均收入、职业和流动特征对基本公共服务总体满意度影响不显著。<br>Based on the Investigation of Rural Migrant Workers′ Development in P New District Shenzhen in 2013, from the perspective of public perception, this study analyzes the effect of public perception factors, including the perceived quality and the perceived fairness on the overall satisfaction of rural-urban migrant workers by adopting OLS regression analysis method. Results show that perceived quality and perceived justice in the public perception factors have a significant positive impact on the overall satisfaction of rural-urban migrant workers′ basic public services. Meanwhile, the higher the participation degree is, the higher the overall satisfaction of basic public services is. In the individual characteristics of rural-urban migrant workers, gender, household registration and education level all have a significant positive impact on the overall satisfaction of rural-urban migrant workers′ basic public services, but the effect of generation of migrant workers, the average monthly income and occupation and flow characteristics is not significant
