%X 中国提出“丝绸之路经济带”倡议，符合改革开放以来中国对外战略的基本发展趋势，向西开放不仅有利于中国西部地区经济发展，更有利于与周边国家实现合作共赢，增强中国在中亚地区的影响力。中亚国家对于“丝绸之路经济带”持肯定和支持态度，但以当前纷繁复杂的地区形势与国际环境看，仍然存在一些挑战，但这并不影响“丝绸之路经济带”广阔和良好的发展前景。<br>The proposal of the initiative of the "Silk Road Economic Belt" is in line with the basic development trend of China′s foreign strategy since the reform and opening. Opening to the west is not only conducive to economic development in western China, but also more conducive to the "win-win" cooperation with neighboring countries, which would enhance the influence of China in Central Asia. Central Asian countries welcome the "Silk Road Economic Belt", yet there still exist some challenges, in particular considering the current complicated regional and international situation. However, this does not affect the vast and well prospects of the "Silk Road Economic Belt"
