%T 服务社会的哲学社会科学研究： 从问题提出到理论与方法创新 ――以新型城镇化研究为例<br>The Philosophy and Social Sciences Research for Serving Society in "Reform & Transition" Period:From Issues Proposed to Theories and Methods Innovation ――Taking the New-type Urbanization as an Example

%X 中国正处于经济“新常态”与供给侧结构性改革关键时期，面临着新型工业化、信息化、城镇化、农业现代化、绿色化等改革转型期的核心问题。这既为中国哲学社会科学的繁荣发展提供了广阔空间，也对中国哲学社会科学提出了更高要求。中国哲学社会科学研究要充分认识自身的重要地位和作用，聚焦中国问题、具备国际视野、服务现实社会；要面向实践和理论前沿，发现和提出“改革转型”时期的重大问题；通过理论创新、体系再建与中国化，形成当代中国的理论话语体系；针对中国复杂的现实国情，创新研究方法和手段，为社会发展提供支持与贡献；发挥中国哲学社会科学资政育人、服务社会的基本职能，构建特色鲜明、风格突出、气派宏大的中国学术。<br>China is now in the critical period, namely "new normal" economic phase and structural reform of the supply front, which needs to focus on the core issues of new-type industrialization, informationization, urbanization, agricultural modernization, greenazation. It does not only provide broad space for the prosperous development of the Chinese philosophy and social sciences, but also brings forward higher requirements for the Chinese philosophy and social sciences. For the research of the Chinese philosophy and social sciences, it is required to fully recognize the important position and functions of itself, focus on the Chinese reality, possess the global perspective, and serve the society. It is required to figure out and put forward major issues in the "reform transition" period by facing practice and theoretical frontiers. It requires us to form the contemporary Chinese theoretical discourse system through theoretical innovation, system rebuilding and chinization. We need to innovate our research methods and ways in view of China′s complicated realistic national conditions, so as to provide support and contribution for its social development. We also need to play the basic functions of the Chinese philosophy and social sciences in helping govern its country, educate its people and serve the society, so as to construct a Chinese science with distinctive features, highlighted styles and magnificent grandeur
