%X 正义之思伴随着人类文明之思，从柏拉图、休谟为代表的传统道德论到以尼采、马克思为代表的反道德论构成了正义史上的界分。也可以说，人类对正义的起源与本质的理解存在两条路线：一条是柏拉图的线索，也是延绵最久，目前仍在勃兴的道德论和伦理学的建构路线；另一条是尼采和马克思的反道德论的线索。但尼采既有反叛历史的意志，也充满着内在矛盾的妥协；只有马克思是在对资本主义虚假正义批判的基础上确立了自己的历史唯物主义正义观和正义史。<br>The thought of justice is accompanied with the thought of human civilization. Both the theory of traditional morality represented by Plato and Hume and the theory of anti-moralism represented by Nietzsche and Marx constitute the demarcation in the history of justice. In other words，there are two clues about the understanding of the origin and essence of justice:one is the Plato′s clue,that is,one regarding the construction of morality and ethics which is most everlasting and still growing vigorously at present,and the other regarding the theory of anti-moralism pursued by Nietzsche and Marx. But Nietzsche not only had the will to rebel against the history,but had concession filled with internal contradictions as well. Only Marx established his own historic materialist justice conception and history on the basis of the criticism on capitalist false justice
