%X 从中国烟草行业知识产权发展战略出发，分析了中国烟草行业知识产权保护现存的问题；结合国外烟草知识产权保护的先进经验，提出了中国烟草行业知识产权保护的法律建议：完善中国的知识产权法律制度，建立行业统一的知识产权管理体系，健全企业系统的知识产权管理办法：强化职工的知识产权创新和保护意识。<br>This paper, from the aspect of China′s tobacco industry development strategy of intellectual property rights, by analyzing the existing problems of China′s tobacco industry intellectual property rights, combined with the advanced experience of foreign tobacco intellectual property protection，makes suggestions in terms of improving the protection of intellectual property of tobacco industry in China, which are to improve intellectual property law system in China to establish a unified system of intellectual property rights′management, to establish systemic methods for the management of intellectual property rights of enterprise and to strengthen the intellectual property rights of the workers and their awareness of protection as well
