%T 公平感对农民工流入地政府信任的影响研究 ――基于公民权意识的调节效应分析<br>The Impact of Perceived Justice on Rural Migrant Workers′ Trust in Government of Migrant Places ―Based on Moderating Effect of Citizenship Awareness

%X 探讨了中国农民工的公民权意识和公平感对政府信任的作用机制，提出适用于农民工流入地政府信任的解释框架，并结合农民工群体的特性进行了跨文化群体的检验；研究结果发现：其一，公平感对农民工信任流入地政府的影响较其他因素更大，但是机会公平、互动公平、结果公平等公平感三个维度的影响作用并不一致；其二，公民权意识对于公平感作用的调节效应非常明显，但这种调节的程度目前还不足以使得农民工群体因为分配结果不公平而产生对政府信任的负面影响；指出目前农民工对公共资源分配制度与既定格局的认可程度较高，随着他们公民权意识的进一步提交，将会对政府执政公平性的怀疑性评价向机会公平延伸。<br>There is growing concern about the issues of rural migrant workers′ trust in government of inflow area. Based on the related theory of trust in government and combined with the uniqueness of Chinese transforming society, the paper proposes a framework to analyze the rural migrant workers′ trust in government of inflow area from the perspective of justice. Using survey data from migrant workers in X city in 2012,the research finds that(1)the perceived justice affects migrants′ trust in government of inflow area greater than the other clauses,but the influences are different among its three factors: the opportunity justice, the interactional justice and the outcome justice; (2)citizenship awareness has significant moderating effect on the role of the perceived justice, but the moderating effect of citizenship awareness isn′t sufficient to change the positive effect from the outcome justice
