%0 Journal Article %T 人力资本与政策对大学生基层就业意愿的影响<br>Family Status, Human Capital& Policies: On the Intention to Grassroots Employment of Graduates %A 宋国恺 %A 武天 %A 李冬 %J 西安交通大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.15896/j.xjtuskxb.201705008 %X 基于地位获得理论,通过问卷调查分析了家庭因素、人力资本因素和政策因素等对北京地区7所高校,121个专业的应届大学毕业生就业地域选择的影响,得出社会结构相对封闭导致北京地区大学生基层就业意愿比较微弱的结论。研究认为,鼓励大学生到基层就业是缓解大学生就业难问题的重要举措之一,政府在大学生就业政策上应继续加大就业扶持力度,形成长效激励和保护机制的精准政策,对家庭社会经济地位较低的大学生提供资源和机会,逐步实现社会结构优化,从而避免当前各项政策沦为弱势群体再生产的机制。<br>Based on status attainment theory, by analyzing the questionnaire survey conducted to the graduates in 7 universities and 121 majors in Beijing, the research explores the effects of family status, human capital and policies on their employment area selections. It concludes that the relatively closed social structure dampens the intention of graduates to work at the grassroots level. Therefore, one of the important measures to alleviate the problem of college students′ employment is to encourage graduates to work at the grassroots level. The government should continue to increase employment support to graduates at policy level, and form an accurate policy of long-term incentive and protection mechanism.
