The article explains the Tsien Hsue-shen′s information revolution thinking and points out it′s not only a forward-looking and leading concept but also has its practicality and has brought far-reaching influence on the development of modern science and technology. Tsien Hsue-shen′s spirit, character and his scientific thinking, method, achievements and contribution have left us a precious wealth of knowledge, ideas and spirits which we should study, research and carry forward
