%X 许衡是蒙元统治时期理学在北方的重要代表。终其一生，他积极务实，悲天悯人，结合二十七年的政治实践和历史盛衰变化，从封建主义命定论立场提出治世乱世的轮替是“天人交胜”的结果。许衡继承了朱熹以是否实行王道德治作为评价的标准，结合元朝的社会实际状况，提出了行汉法、爱与公得天下心、用贤立法、防欺去邪等重要举措，为巩固元朝统治，加强民族融合和团结起了积极推动作用。<br>XuHeng was one of the important representatives of Neo-Confucianism in the north China in Yuan Dynasty. Through his whole life, he summarized his 27 years political practices and changes of historical ups and downs. According to feudalistic fatalism, he put forward that the alternation of peaceful and turbulent times resulted from "winning of heaven or men". Xu Heng constantly employed the evaluating standard that moral governing should be applied, which was put forward by Zhu Xi. In accordance with the actual situation of Yuan′ society, he proposed some important ideas, such as executing Han laws, spreading love and fairness, making laws by the talents, preventing cheats and relinquishing evil, so that Yuan′s governing and national integration and unification had been strengthened
