%0 Journal Article %T 装备制造企业服务化转型的路径模式<br>Implementation Paradigm of Service-Oriented Manufacturing in Equipment Manufacturing Enterprises %A 李子伦 %A 张文杰 %A 闫开宁 %A 李刚 %J 西安交通大学学报(社会科学版) %D 2017 %R 10.15896/j.xjtuskxb.201702005 %X 《中国制造2025》确立了智能制造和服务型制造是中国制造业的发展方向,装备制造业如何实现智能化和服务化尚无明确的路径与模式。基于资源基础理论,结合陕汽集团开发基于“互联网+”的智能化产品服务系统案例,揭示出制造企业在服务转型过程中的运营模式要在组织结构、企业文化、人力资源、内部流程等方面做出调整;同时在商业模式的九个要素方面进行创新,和客户建立长期的合作关系,为客户提供产品全生命周期的服务,从而为客户创造更多的价值,实现企业和客户共赢。<br>Chinese Manufacturing 2025 proposes that intelligent and service-oriented manufacturing are the main opportunity of Chinese manufacturing industry. However, the implementation strategy of intelligent and service-oriented manufacturing equipment manufacturing has not been well answered. Based on resource based theory and case study, we explored the "Internet+" based implementation paradigm of intelligent and service-oriented manufacturing in Shaanxi Automobile Company. This study found that in the process of service transformation, the enterprise′s running model should make adjustments in its organizational structure, corporate culture, human resources and internal processes. At the same time, innovation in business model should be encouraged from the aspects of 9 key factors, and compared with the traditional business model, service-oriented manufacturing pay more attention to customers and establish long-term cooperative relationship, more inclined to provide customers with product life cycle service, so as to create more value for customers and obtain a win-win for stakeholders %K 智能制造 %K 服务型制造 %K 装备制造业 %K 运营模式 %K 商业模式< %K br> %K intelligent manufacturing %K service-oriented manufacturing %K equipment manufacturing industry %K running model %K business model %U http://skxb.xjtu.edu.cn/oa/DArticle.aspx?type=view&id=201702005
